Generic Enterprise Software
First, there is mature generic enterprise software, consisting of solutions of companies like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP Hybris, and PEGA. These companies provide horizontal software with the aim of serving multiple industries. These solutions were not built for the telecom industry, nor do they include commerce channel functionalities. However, for the use cases that they were designed for, they can of course be very powerful.

Additionally, telco BSS/OSS software for Product Catalog, Billing and “CRM” is available on the market. Some examples of this are the solutions by Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, and Huawei. They provide advanced telco-specific software that can be used for your BSS/OSS, but are not focused on telco commerce. This means they don't provide customer-first channel functionalities, and don't focus on this specific domain.
